UN AMULETO PARA MI CIUDAD

A participatory embroidery workshop in which members of the community come together to make small amulets: little pouches filled with salt. Once created, the amulets are installed in the space, forming a collective work. The project activates stories of migratory journeys through questions such as what holds you up? where do you find refuge?, with methodologies of encounter that include drawing, embroidering and cooking together. The resulting objects function as collective wishes for strength and protection.
